Your Privacy & Confidentiality are assured, however an Agreement can be signed for your benefit & piece of mind.  Please contact us for our Client File Storage Procedure.

 

How much do you charge & what are your payment terms?

  • Future Focused Business Solutions is registered for GST.
  • All services are charged at $25 per hour for the first hour, then in 15 minute intervals (0.25 of hourly rate).  These prices are exclusive of GST.
  • Payment is due 14 days from date of invoice.  A $30 surcharge will be incurred monthly for each overdue invoice.
  • Invoices are issued at completion of project (for one-off jobs) or monthly in arrears (for ongoing work).
  • Incidentals such as Postage & Travel are itemised & charged to the client per invoice period.  (Postage & couriers are charged at cost, travel is charged at $0.44/km.)
  • Payment can be made by Cash, Cheque (by prior arrangement only), Money Order, Direct Deposit or PAYPAL.
